Thirst mod - Need help with showing badge

I am making mod what adds thirst into the game.

In beta version I made character say his thirst state, but this turned out to be not clear.

I haven't seen any tutorial about adding things to the screen.

I hope someone can help me with this.

попробуй посмотреть вещи типа N tools. Этот мод добавляет кнопку на экран, по крайней мере.
