Call of the Volt Goats

It's difficult to keep Volt Goats in one area, so there should be a way of moving a herd. Similiar to the Beefalo Horn, with a Volt Goat Horn, you can toot out a shaky noise that sounds like a Volt Goat cry. This would be useful for separating herds, taking the Goats to a wanted location and vice versa (keeping them away from a certain location). Then again, you can always telelocate a Volt Goat to a specific location. That's an option.

better, you can make a hat with goat horn who act like lightning rod and if it's charged, goats follow you!

Like beefalo horn? Too OP. Why?

This will be too simple way to get meat. Beefalo help each other, goats don't help => easy to kill

Goats much faster so it's too  easy to bring them to your base.

It would be a bad idea to kill a whole herd of Volt Goats, even if it's not naughty.
