vimrich Posted May 5, 2014 Share Posted May 5, 2014 I've NEVER had this kind of bad luck before. Before this world, I've always used 9 gunpowder stack and it was easy peasy. Freeze, blow up, wait till fire dies, one dart to finish him off. Grab the eye and enjoy. I've got a horn waiting now for 200 days of this. Three fights by day 300 and every one has burnt up. First it was bees, then bats, and last time the hounds came while he was burning. I've been more conservative each time, going down to only a stack of 7 gunpowder and still it's too much. How many freakish random mob that wanders by to attack him can there be? Next time I'm going 100% blow darts or bee bombs. I'm just sick at how many more hours it will be till another one comes by. Am I going crazy or did they change his health or the gunpowder dynamic? Out of 410 days in my game with Webber, I have had exactly 0 deerclops visit: I am accumulating Ancient Guardian horns in a chest. I had other giants, but no deerclops! I guess you were not so unlucky after all!
