[mod request] Snow chester requires ice instead of blue gems

A mod request for a mod that makes snow chester require chester full of ice on a full moon.

It makes a whole lot more sense to me for this to be how it happens, nightmare fuel is ridiculously plentiful in the ruins, while blue gems are rather difficult to amass without having good luck when there's an earthquake underground.

Yes ice makes getting snow chester, a very very useful companion, trivial but 9 blue gems every time you wish to make a snow chester, maybe due to your old one dying and then coming back as regular chester, is far too taxing of a requirement imo.
