If you haven't already bought it, you should consider getting it through the Humble Bundle widget here, which will get you 2 Chrome keys and 2 Steam keys.

If you have already bought it through Steam, try contacting the devs with a proof of purchase through this page. No guarantee that you'll be able to get a Chrome key, but it's worth a shot.

You get two beta passes to play on steam.

Or rather you get the copy of the game in steam, and a gift copy in your inventory to give to someone else.

It doesn't matter if you buy it through Steam or the HB widget, or if you're playing on Steam or Chrome, whether the copy was gifted or not, as long as it's the full version, you get beta access.

If you buy the game on Steam, NO you do not get to play it on the Chrome browser.

If you buy the game on Chrome/Humble Store, YES you do get to play it on the Chrome browser AND Steam.

Beta Access is available on both platforms.
