Quick Questions from a NOOB...

Recommended Posts

I have had Don't Starve for a while but I have not really got into it until this week. I have a few questions I hope someone could answer. 1. Is there any difference between the Steam and DRM free versions of Don't Starve? 2. Around what time do you think the full-fledged version of the RoG DLC will be coming out and is it worth it to get into the beta for it? 3. Any good mods around that will keep me playing forever, if so list them. Thank You for your time... :joyous:

:wilson_facepalm: What.

and for 2, buying the DLC Beta is just buying the full DLC early and at a cheaper price. And for 3, just go on steam workshop and look up Top Rated All Time for mods.

Buy the dlc beta because it is just the full version but cheaper. Also, some great mods I like are:

- RPG HUD (what ever amount of slots you want)

- Link, the Hero! (custom character)

- Display Food Values

- Architectural Geometry (only if you like having a base that is neat)

- Always On Status

There are plenty of other mods that are pretty cool too, just search through them all.

1. No. Plus you get both versions when you buy the game anyway.

2. Mid April is what they are shooting for and as others have said, it's a dollar cheaper if you buy it now.

Extra credit: If you plan to buy the PS4 version, don't buy into the beta. You will have to buy it from the PS store when it becomes available on PS4.
