Question : Ideas but never competencies.

I have ideas to create new interesting hard-core characters (the oldest sorceress, the bloody butcher and the prehistoric genius) but not competencies to realize them.

I can not draw, let alone the "Do not Starve" style and I'm not talking about coding.
I wonder if it is still possible to make these mods otherwise.

Oh, yes, one last thing: I am French and my English is very bad.

 

P.S: I can write the details of each characters but given that for each there is a page or more details .... (yes, I have too many ideas...) and all translate...
