When you choose the settings for a new game you're choosing the settings for every world you explore in that game. Nice South Park reference. The last time I played (just before the free updates stopped), my long summer turned back to default and everything else did. Was there a new update since? I seem to recall my branching and hound settings carrying from world to world the last time I didn't use default settings, and I'm pretty sure that was a little before All's Well That Maxwell. Need official confirmation on this, though I'm pretty sure Kevin said ages ago (maybe even during beta/right after beta) that the teleportato resets world settings. I guarantee we'll know for sure once the DLC is released and we'll all want our 700+ day characters (okay mine's a LOT less ATM ) to TP over for the new content! It resets and your settings are not choosable once you start a TP world. If anybody wants to recreate a new world and show me otherwise, I'll bug report mine if so. Honestly what I didn't try is if I changed my Default choices (Which are Default, Default+ and Lights Out) and go to a new world. I'll try that sometime, but don't know now. But "Normal" Default custom settings reset to a default when TPed to a new world.
