More interesting living trees

Wouldn't it be awesome to have living trees like this in Don't Starve?

 

Suggested features:

 

 * More living tree types that are mob-like: aggressive, neutral or passive.

 

 * Unique creatures living in some of these which act as guardian for the tree. Some of these creatures may leave their tree, but cannot travel far without returning.

 

 * Trees without a guardian if aggressive may attack nearby NPCs/player violently. If neutral they may generate some resource for the player to use. Passive may be same as neutral but with no defense.

 

 * Some trees may be visible in their full glory only at certain times of the day like a mandrake.

* Some of the living trees may move around ent-like but with different locomotion style e.g. roots slowly creeping like a spider's legs (but not necessarily so eerie!)
