UnderwearApp Posted February 2, 2014 Share Posted February 2, 2014 Hey all, first post after lurking a while, hoping for some help. I followed the creature tutorial by Cheerio and was able to get the creature in game, however, it states that the "can_rotate" tag is used to tell the game to rotate the animation based on which way the creature is facing. My question is how does the game know which way is the front/head/etc? Is this set in Spriter somehow? Mine always faces the same direction (walks forward going left on the screen, but backwards when going right). Do I need a separate animation for right and left? If so, what is the rotate tag for?
