Dragon Fruit Probs

Recommended Posts

Haha, Ive heard the horror-stories about trying to get dragon fruit on day 150 and such. im on day 7 and I just made a simple farm. I planted a seed and fertilized it and it was a dragon fruit! what should I do with it? don't you feed them to birds in a birdcage to get more? Should I pick itor keep it in the farm? Help!?

Help!?

I can see by your exclamation point that this is serious. Well don't worry son, I'M HERE TO HELP. My name's 23rd, but my friends call me 23rd. You can call me 23rd.

First, let's address the situation! Do you have enough food that you can go without making a Dragonpie until your next romp through the swamp? Good! Because your next stop is going to be the swamp, you need eight reeds and six gold nuggets before summer is over!

Just make sure you get all that, some regular seeds, and a bird so you can make a birdcage (with a bird in it!) Got a birdcage? Not Winter yet? Awesome. Just feed that delectable fruit to your new bird buddy, replant the crop seeds and you're well on your way to a dragon fruit farm!

If you just get one dragon fruit seed don't worry, you can just keep replanting it until you get more. You've got a random chance with crops to get a random amount of seeds with one to two (or maybe three, can't quite remember) seeds for your specific crop. It'll never just give you regular seeds without any crop seeds, though, so you'll be able to grow dragon fruit until your farms are loaded and your fridge is stuffed with crop seeds.

Gotcha, I've Built a cage and fed it the fruit, I now have seeds! so if I get another dragon fruit from a regular seed ill have two dragon fruit seeds? or does the bird give me two dragon fruit seeds every once in a while? im new to dragon fruit!!
