Small textures problem

first sorry for bad english, I'm not American, I bought the game recently and I'm having serious problems with small textures, we all know that when they are enabled graphics are bad, my problem is this, disabled or enabled the small textures do not change, my game is original, bought by steam, then wanted to know how to let resolve this bug or problem that is presenting the game, wanted to know how to let normal graphs again.
