Newleaf bends down before Ugly, not noticing the bear paw.

"What's the matter?"

"B-b-bear!!"

[Blewcheese]

Newleaf looks around, and spots the bear paw.

"Oh, seems that human isn't completely human. Don't worry, I won't let it hurt you."

Senri stares unsure of why Uglycorn was scared of his paw and holded it up, you would think he was about to attack but he doesn't really want to. Hearing that the Uglycorn was frighten of him and the tree say he would protect her made him nervous of them attacking, but also it was the cause of the strange thing hiding.

"Bears attacked me! I don't like bears!"

*she starts to cry*

[Blewcheese]

"Your fine! It's okay!"

He places the Uglycorn protectively on his shoulder.

Senri looks at both of them, confused and unsure of what to do.

"What's all the commotion out-AAAH A BEAR!"

Peter runs behind Newleaf.

[Blewcheese]

Newleaf glances at Peter.

"Oh, human, you're here."

He stands between Senri and Peter.

"So, bear, are you going to attack or not?"

*She tries to stop crying*

"Shut up Pete."

*She looks at Senri*

"How long have you been a bear?"

Senri looks up trying to recall his memory. "...I don't know..." He looks back at his hand and away from the group unsure of what to do. He thinks for a while and remembers about his book, more like a diary to recall his memories and pulls it out opening the pages and looks at them.

[Blewcheese]

Newleaf looks at Senri, slightly confused.

"A bear... Who reads. Must be a man-bear."

"Is that like my tag?"

*She pulls out the tag from earlier*

In the commotion Arch looks at Shard. He makes a motion that says, "Run".

(Hope you know he still looks completely human, its just his arm that changed.)

Senri shakes his head and sighs in the book you can see flowers and more in the book, even a feather that looks like a crow as he turns the pages. He closes the book, it looked like he couldn't find anything that he wanted, then turning around and growling at the other hound that came out.

[Blewcheese]

"What's wrong...?"

Newleaf follows Senri's level of sight and notices Arch's movement.

"Who are you?"

Arch growls. "None of you need to know."

"I do!"

*Uglycorn turns back to her normal dog/alicorn/thing self. She pounces on Arch*

The nearby roots of the trees seem to reach out at Arch, pinning him down while Uglycorn pounces.

Arch kicks Uglycorn in the stomach, and she is thrown back. Before anyone can do something, he starts to bite through the vines. "You aren't trapping me."

Senri growls but understands of what the hound was trying to do he walks up to and holds it down and best as he can without hurting him, Saying something quietly for only him to hear. "...We aren't trying to hurt your friend... just help."

[Blewcheese]

Newleaf's eyes widen as the Uglycorn is kicked. He bends down to tend to her. Meanwhile, the vines simply replace themselves as they are cut, for every vine Arch cuts off, two more grow back. Then a couple treeguards arrive, pinning down Arch's arms and legs.

"I believe you just got trapped."

*Uglycorn howls in pain, and turns back to human*

Newleaf picks Uglycorn up.

"Are you okay?"

[Ellebelly24]

*Uglycorn nods her head, holding her stomach with her arms. Tears stream down her face. Her other eye can now be seen. It is stiched up like a little girl had done with a doll. Blood tears stream down that cheek. She howls randomly, with the pain she is in*
