Can you please upload a new version of your mod to the forum after running the animation compiler and I'll compare it to the files that get spit out on my side to see what's different.http://www.mediafire.com/?3cuksdub1eosdx8Ok here is what you need it think an all new Spriter project for the mod with no subfolders just the 4 images used.
