Custom Character Sounds Using Fmod

Hi I was wondering how you would go about creating custom character sounds using FMOD Designer? Like what sound clips will I have to create and how to put sounds together to make a .fsb and stuff. I've experimented a lot and I'm officially stumped. Could anyone help me?

I'm not entirely sure the tutorial TheDanaAddams posted works for creating custom sounds. It's more tailored to modifing existing ones. But I'm doing my best right now to make it happen myself, so if I make any progress I'll let you know.

EDIT: So it's actually possible with some help of the aforementioned tutorial, if you want I can write a very short tutorial on that.
