That aura. That horrific aura that threatens to cause his heart to enter his throat and choke him from lack of breath.

Something had emerged here and it didn't feel nice at all.

"What is that," the canine wondered to himself, forgetting about the pig-like creature that had followed him at one moment, electing to take a different path toward the source of the blackened aura.

His paws stopped moving when he entered the living room and laid silver eyes upon the true monstrosity, eyes widened as his cool, calm demeanor threatened to leave him. "What are you?!"

Without turning around, Shadowfall flicks his hand, and a wall of dark energy throws the hound backwards.  The animal breaks clear through the wall and slides into the kitchens.

"Bad dog.  You should know not to intrude by now..."

The shade looks back at Taggard, who is clutching the broadsword shakily.  The Baron raises his broadsword and charges Shadowfall, who shakes his head in amusement.  A single, thin shadow tendril punches out of the ground at his boots, headed straight for Taggard.  With a burst of blood, it drives itself through him and into the opposite wall.

(It's the end of the world as we know it, and i don't feel fine.)

After running all around the area trying to figure out what is going on, she notices Shadowfall. She runs back to where Dark Will was, knowing she has no chance in a fight.

"****, looks like Shadowfall is here. As if this couldn't get any better!"

Dark Will returns to his normal form. His face is panicked.

"That spastic lunatic got away with the beacon! Hell, he could be delivering it to Shadowfall at this very moment"

Violet runs to the group, covered in ash.

"Guys, is that who I think it is? Because if it is, we might be a little bit screwed."

Ayasha manages to calm herself down enough to at least return to her wolf form, she looks at Dark Will. "We are dead, aren't we? Is this what they were talking about when they mentioned Shadowfall?"

(Well, you would be screwed if he was there physically.)

A trickle of blood runs out of Taggard's mouth.  Shadowfall turns around, to leave him there limp and dying, when he manages speech.

"You...you are a fool."

The shade stops for a few seconds, then turns around.  "I don't think an idiot could have conducted something like this."  He says, gesturing at the chaos around him.  "Not that...that kind of idiot."  Taggard says weakly.  "You...you're ignorant.  Bloated.  That's why..."

He coughs.

"That's why you're going to lose."

Shadowfall stares at him for a couple seconds, then laughs.  "Too bad you've already lost."

Every window in the hall explodes into razor sharp fragments of glass, which fall, then stop in midair.  Shadowfall flicks his hands towards Taggard, and the glass shoots forward as if shot from a gun.

(I'll leave you to think about how that turns out for Taggard.)

"He just evaporated! I don't have the slightest clue where he went! Will, where are you going? Will!? Will!"

Will dashes over to Taggard, looking at his mangled corpse.

"You just won't stop killing, god damn it! Why are you so devoted to the death of all life!? Why can't you just go to where there is no life other than you!? It'd accomplish the same state of being!"
