Violet grabs Trent's legs, and reattaches them.

Looks around franticlly.

"What ever happened to the orange thing? Oh no! Its on your head!"

Points to Fabrico.

[Percival]

"I think you're missing more bones then that. Where's your tarsal? How you keep your phalanges and carpals and not lose them, I'll never know."

(Hey, why do you manipulate my character? And I am confused.)

Searches around cave floor.

Violet gets possessed by the toilet ghost and zaps Trent into oblivion for trying to write lore that isn't his.

"Will you two stop pissing around? I have the bones right here."

Violet points to a pile of all of Trent's bones.

Hugs Violet. Only half his body is intact.

[Blewcheese]

Pops and Joseph reach the bottom, and they look at the scene.

"Enough. Let's go."

[Will]

Violet kicks Trent off of her legs.

"Please don't touch me. I'm not a big fan of skeletons touching my bare skin. Unless I'm using it as a sled."

Violet walks over to Pops's side, and whispers into his ear.

"I don't think this thing is with Shadowfall. From what I've heard. he wouldn't mess with a guy this odd."

Fabrico grab's Trent's humerus out of his now assembled arm.

 

"Have you tried using your bones as weapons before? Seems like it would work."

[Percival]

Fabrico looks at Trent with a raised eyebrow.

 

"What 'pit beast'? If I can remember, we found you in a graveyard that was outside. Well, the closest to outside anyways."

(If you mean Charlie, then that's a huge no no. Charlie cannot be killed.)

"Probably a spider or something. Maybe a hound at best."

"I get around. There are tunnels stretching for miles down here under my house. "

(I wonder how you are getting down a tall mountain in a few seconds.)

[Battal]

With everyone at the base of the mountain, the group prepares to cross the bridge.  They gather their meager supplies and head for the crossing.

[Blewcheese]

Joseph observes the bridge.

"What is it with old bridges? First the scaffolding, and now this?"

He shrugs and carefully steps onto the bridge.

[Battal]

The group carefully walks across the bridge, avoiding spots where the stone looks crumbly.  All is well, and they are nearing the end of the bridge.

 

That's when half of the bridge explodes.

 

They tumble backwards, pelleted with stone shrapnel.  An enormous crater has been blown through the center of the bridge, and an old friend rises out of it.  Come on, you know you were expecting it.  The Spider Queen lifts herself out from beneath the bridge.  She heaves her bloated form onto the side of the bridge the group was originally headed towards, then screeches in fury at the sight of her own foes.

[Percival]

"Oh, come now. I've had enough with large beasts."

 

Fabrico grips his cane, and the gem glows blood red.

[Blewcheese]

Pops takes a bow, trying to show as little weakness as possible.

"It is an honor to finally see you."

Joseph wildly scans the area.

[Percival]

(Hey Battal, is it possible for me to have ANOTHER roleplay character? Or is that not allowed...)

[Battal]

(Of course you can have another one.)

 

The Queen drags herself forwards, pushing the group farther from their goal.

[Percival]

(Well alright then.

 

Name: Sleight

Gender: Male

Age: 26

Abilities: Uses cards as weapons, but not in the way you would think. Has own unique deck.

Backstory: Always a gambler, Sleight has a bad reputation due to his tricks. "It's not cheating, it's called forcing the odds to your favor." Of course, because of this, he rarely ever lost, but when he does, he is known to mutilate them so that the debt is void. He never believed that he would have a similar fate befall him, but then again, he never believed he would lose either. (Will explain as the story progresses..again.)

Side Notes: Deceitful, but is always optimistic. Plays tricks and takes risks. A little big-headed.

Appearance: Pale and tall, he wears a Victorian-age fedora, cloak, and tuxedo. Both the fedora and tuxedo have faded in color. The cloak, on the other hand, seems ripped near the feet, but tidier as it closes in on the neck.

 

Edit: Apparently there are a bunch of monsters in other games that seem to have the same ability. Damn. Ah well.)

Joseph looks over at the orange blob from earlier, and taps Pop's shoulder. Pops grunts in agreement.

"So, Your Highness, what brings you here?"

They continue backing away slowly.
