So, Newleaf is mad at Kate because apparently it's her fault that his brother died, and they're figuring out ways to deal with Charlie, because she's the "keystone" and if she dies the world falls apart, and Kate and Newleaf are in possession of crowns that makes them possessed by Oceanus, the keeper of water, and cronos, the keeper of earth, respectively.
