Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. salt.
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries*
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped*

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt; set aside.

2. In a bowl, cream together 1/2 cup of butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Add pumpkin, honey, egg, and vanilla to butter mixture; beat until creamy.

3. Mix in dry ingredients until creamy. Drop on greased cookie sheet by tablespoonfuls; flatten slightly. Top with cranberries and walnuts*.

4. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 - 20 minutes. Cool cookies for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
