Pavel44 Posted July 5 Share Posted July 5 Hi! I'm trying to create a world in Don't Starve Together at my Xbox Series X. I'm trying to do it because I want to play with my friend in local. But when creating the world, an error appears (authentication error; loss of connection to the server; we don't know why this happened). For information: my location is Russia (but the error appears even if I use a VPN). One more interesting fact: sometimes I manage to connect to a public server, but I can't create my own. Please help me solve the problem. Please help me solve the problem. Since you're in Russia, there's also the possibility that routing to Klei's servers is unstable. If multiple Russian players are experiencing the same authentication error, it's likely a server connectivity issue that only Klei can address. Developer nome Posted July 6 Developer Share Posted July 6 To help you debug I'd try visiting https://login.kleientertainment.com/HealthCheck and https://items.kleientertainment.com/HealthCheck in your browser as those are the servers you need to be able to contact in order to play DST. If you're on xbox there's the additional complicating factor that it could be the connection to Microsoft's network from your country as well. Reportedly the firewall situation changes day-to-day and region-to-region so it's not really something we can keep abreast of. However, the situation regarding the network is not clear.
