This suggests it can grow 8 (2.67/.33=8) kelpoles at a time, each tile growing a kelpole every 3 cycles. But the tower is in fact 10 tiles high, and each tile appears to be able to grow a Kelpole. Should the description say .33 - 3 kelpoles per cycle? Or am I missing something?
