BLACKBERREST3
There are much better alternatives like this one: Also, you can stack packets with gas / liquid tanks with mech door automation under them. I was messing around with packet stackers and noticed I could make any pattern or frequency of packets I want by using the mechanical filter concept with "wrong gas". Haven't seen anyone use this in this exact way for many reasons, but it exists and so here is a post about it. Any gas can be used as filler to conveyor the target gas. This isn't a full packet, it has to be 999.9g of gas. If you want an exact frequency or pattern of gas packets, this is one method to do it without resorting to merger / splitter / global rules for packets. 20260604-0356-06.9931951.mp4.327f9da7e1a640883f09f8ad582e1925.mp4 You can also do multipacket stacking as well. Gurgel
You can also just put a tank in and stop its output when it goes towards empty... Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/171930-useless-packet-stacker-concept/#findComment-1870349 Share on other sites

True, but I didn't want to sacrifice on space with a tank and I didn't want the constant 10W draw so I found a solution to my problem. I tried all sorts of stackers and conveyors, but I forgot that power shutoffs exist so I just used that instead. Now it only draws power when I need it to. For some reason, the temperature automation locks it's state to the last temp it took so I also had to add an element sensor too. I'm gonna rename the post to useless packet stacker XD Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/171930-useless-packet-stacker-concept/#findComment-1870363 Share on other sites
