Different examination quotes based on character skin?

I've had this question for a while now but never got the chance to try it out since I took a break from modding for a few months; is it possible to give the same character different examination quotes depending on which skin they have equipped?

I know it sounds kinda crazy to write multiple sets of custom quotes just for one character, but I honestly don't mind it all that much.

The reason I'm asking is because a new character I'm about to work on has a skin in the game he's from that's essentially a whole different character and has a different personality, so the base quotes wouldn't make much sense for him.

If anything, I can just upload the skin as a separate mod or something.
