Blocking Circuit?

Hey, what is the method to actually use the blocking circuit? I have it equipped and like can't use it at all; Am I missing something? Don't know if this is a glitch or not

right click wx's player body. some mods might prevent it

Ya its a mod issue
its also the same way you acctivate sonic invoker so thats effected as well
so you'll either have to take guesses or go through all your mods

Tho those arent really circuits i care about i am interested in seeing what mods might cause this issue, so i might be doing some testing

I'll look at my mods; i disabled a lot of them to see if it was a mod issue, but i guess i need to go through all of them;

 

Also, how do you pick between the two if you have the sonic evoker equipped as well?

You unfourntnly cant choose which one, regardless of which order you plugged them in it activates sonic invoker first, then while that is on cooldown you can use the blocking circuit.
