PPP planet with aquatic pack mixed in doesn't germinate

I've been trying to get a PPP planet to form with aquatic stuff mixed in to explore and test the new aquatic stuff but still have a 'normal' start so I could use my precious boops instead of the regular meat sacks. However, no seed will germinate with any of the aquatic biomes mixed in.

EDIT: I've also tried using only one new biome to be mixed in, same result, I can't get it to germinate.

It does currently look to be quite low-percentage mostly because the abyss zone is huge. Out of 1000 generations on Relica cluster only 12 of them passed for me (98.8% failure rate):

With the recent fix, it seems like the cluster is more generous. It now fails for only ....drum roll...  948 out of 1000 generations, an impressive 94.8% failure rate!
