Sugestions: (EDITED AFTER LAST CHANGES)

This is a list of changes I really hope they introduce. You can see the changes below, and I’ve also added my thoughts and reasoning behind each one. I’d really appreciate it if you could leave a comment and share what you expect from the upcoming improvements the developers are working on.

Redigestion circuit: From Beta Files Redigestion Circuit icon

  • No longer negates the negative effects of rotten food
  • Replaced the "Nutribrick" For "Biofuel". Biofuel Doesn't spoil and can be used as fuel for both Fire Pits (equivalent x4 logs) and Lanterns/Miner Hats (restores 38.5%). Biofuel stacks up to 40.

Currently, this circuit provides Nutribrick, which is fairly mediocre and doesn’t justify taking up a slot. Personally, I think it makes much more sense and has more practical use for an automaton like WX-78 to provide fuel for its teammates by consuming rottten food. Additionally, the hunger cost can be mitigated with Gastrogain Circuits, creating synergy between them. Finally, Im pretty sure the convertion  from rot to Biofuel need to balanced.

Sonic-invoker Circuit: From Beta Files Sonic-Invoker Circuit icon

  • Initiating sonic waves now instantly prevent creatures from attacking you.
  • Now creatures deaggro if youre far enough. Before they keep following you indefinely after affected by sonic waves.

Currently, this Circuit has very limited use. Activating it is too risky in dangerous situations, and even after using it, creatures will still try to reach you. These changes will help it function as an escape tool and allow players to manipulate creature behavior.

Blocking circuit: Dropped

  • Now prevents all enemies from knocking out items in inventory while blocking.

In this game, you usually don’t need to tank attacks if you can just dodge them. So let’s give players real benefits for defending themselves.

Range Booster circuit: Rangebooster Circuit.png

  • Increases player Map reveal range by 50% (stacks).

When they introduced this circuit i was really expecting it will work just like the pirate hat from Shipwrecked.This would improve early-game exploration and reduce the need to craft multiple scouting tools.

  • Now The 25% spoil rate reduction/Increase for inventory items stack with each circuit and also affect items in the Spatializer Circuit slot.

Both circuits serve their purpose really well, yet I don’t see any reason not to allow them to stack their spoilage modifiers. We should also enable synergy with the Spatializer Circuit, allowing you to either keep a stack of food fresh or quickly produce rotten eggs and rot.

Ilumination circuit:Illumination Circuit.png

  • Now only funtions as a large Directional light. Range is increased with each circuit.

Super Ilumination circuit:Super-Illumination Circuit.png

  • Now only funtions as light around the player. Range is increased with each circuit.

Many players say the directional light feels a bit awkward for combat. So, let players have both options: a large directional light for exploration on the Illumination circuit or a light that still surrounds the players and grows as more Super Illumination Circuits are equipped.

  • Optoelectronic Circuit:  prevents the sanity base  drain at dusk, night and caves. Optoelectronic Circuit.png
  • Chorusbox Circuit: Decreases Bird spawn delay and Increases Bird spawn rate.Chorusbox Circuit.png

The Optoelectronic Circuit was missing some actual extra effect. And Chorusbox Circuit Now can fullfill more uses in farming.

making the illuminant circuit be a cone and the super circuit being the light aura is a change i actually really like, assuming that the light radius of the aura is increased a little bit, cause the current radius is still pretty sad even with 3 circuits plugged in.

For sure! I also think the Illuminant Circuit should always be stronger than the Optoelectronic Circuit (aka infinite night vision). Right now, the Optoelectronic Circuit feels too powerful in comparison and ends up being the easier choice.

Those are changes i would really like to see, and i love the idea of nerfing him as well. Right now he doesnt struggle to do anything of the core concept of the game, if he got debuffs and such it'd be better, dont want to see him becoming "that one clutch character that will burnout dst interest" for every wx main out there.

I wonder what’s the reason why not because it seems like a no brainier thing to add.

Its codeable because there is an item in solo DS that does this on a boat.

I general these changes seem really good
