DST gamers love base building.  Don't Starve Elsewhere is the technical opportunity to enhance the base building and decoration possibilities.

With one item the floor should become a canvas.  Players should be able to draw on it with colors or add decals to the feet of their beautiful science machine.

 The heart of Don't Starve is exploration and base building.  Some of the most fun that I've had in DST is drawing pictures with items.  This could be super super awesome.  It's day 1000, and I've conquered all of Don't Starve Elsewhere's challenges.  Now I will draw a pretty picture of... Bee queen!

Think about it Klei...  Think of the possibilities!  Think of the expression.  You could sell, STICKER PACKS.

@gaymime good idea right?

That's my elevator pitch.  And it's a good one.

would they be scalable or fixed-sized?

Decals are scalable.  They may be minor like a bit of texture, grassy silhouette thing.  Or more decorative, like a pattern, say those ornate scratchy things and spirals on the UI of Don't Starve.  Classy stuff and nothing gaudy .  And there would be some brushes. If you've played Spray Paint or Free Draw on Roblox, I was thinking that sort of attitude.

Okay I'm reconsidering the paint.  But the decal idea is such a good idea if the stickers are thematic and reserved.
