I have loved this item ever since i used it. I love sending out a little flying drone to do air strikes, It's could be so fun to use! Only problem is, It's not very good. It does have some very niche uses but its hard to actually make use out of it regularly. Due to it's startup animation you can't really use it in combat because the aggroed enemies will still come over to knock you out of it. I think it should be more powerful to make it more satisfying to use and warrant the startup animation. Feels very odd to send an airstrike on something just for it to do less than a fresh piece of ham. The most Jules is used for currently is stunning a mob which isn't very interesting, I think it should have more of a risk for reward aspect as it locks you in place when you use it, So here are some ideas I have to improve it

-Turn it into orbital strike laser, This would turn Jules' attack from a dinky little shock to a whole laser beam that does constant damage at the cost of rapidly draining charge, The most Jules is used for currently is stunning a mob which isn't very interesting, I think just making it a laser beam you could control the drone while shooting it would be so fun, Especially if the damage ramped up overtime, Rewarding you for keeping your aim on an enemy at the cost of Wx being locked in place and draining Jules' Charge

-Make it charge up to do more damage, This would make it so you could hold the attack button to charge up the damage, Releasing to deal damage and reduce durability based on how long you charged it, This could make it feel way more satisfying actually be able to send a powerful airstrike to clear off some weak enemies or to get some damage on a boss as you start the battle or if you have a little down time

These are just some ideas for the Zaptrocuter, I really just want it to be a little better because I really like being able to fly around and strike things from the sky with it, It's a very fun mechanic! It's just not used to it's full potential
