If Klei want to nerf circuits, then the increased health regeneration from the alpha circuits upgrade perk will probably be removed/changed.
Perhaps the base stats of some circuits will also be nerfed.
So for this reason I would suggest changing the Beanbooster Circuit numbers slightly.

Currently it's 5hp every 30 seconds. Total 80hp per 1 day.
I suggest 3hp every 20 seconds. Total 72 hp per 1 day.

From both, they didn't change the base stats of the beanbooster circuit in the beta.

I get it now, the change you are proposing would be fine, it would be a 10% reduction in the regen which would result in 6hp/20s = 0,3hp/s - after the buffs from the skill tree, which is  quite a pleasing number, but I'm scared that if they reduce the regen they will be much harsher considering how they reduced the damage reduction of the other circuit to only 5%. :wilson_cry:

Instead of changing the health regen, I would prefer a reduction in the sanity aura reduction the Beanbooste gives after the skill tree buffs from 50% to 33% or 25%, since it already has a sanity regen effect in it.

Im confused.

if you nerf it I would rather it be 5hp every 25 seconds which would replace it being 10hp every 30 seconds.

Also maybe nerf the Sainity side of it to be less effective compared to the normal Sainity circuit

it is a boss item. in no way ever should a regular item be better than it's boss variant. why would I ever bother fighting a boss for subpar equipment. it is already larger than the large sanity circuit. and while it is SLOWLY regeneratable. the hp is not reliable like the small hp circuit that would replace it which can just be healed and does not require you to be at full hp

Only two of the circuits are intended to be direct upgrades.

All circuits are balanced with each other.

Beanbooster is more for combat survival like the ruins or day to day stuff than fast paced boss fights. The health circuit would  logically be better in boss fights since it is more instant effect. It’s really good for that. Before the skilltree it was more usable than the other stat circuits.

the bean booster is made out of a level 2 sanity stick. it is quite literally an upgrade
