GG7 Posted February 27 Share Posted February 27 There been a over two years, and there DS on GOG are still outdated and buggy 20230427(554439 ) version, despite many times writing to support, posts on GOG and Klei forums, private messages to Klei devs - all due to ask for update DS:Alone to actual 20231026(571392) version with important hotfixs that still are missing on GOG! All for nothing! So, **** YOU Klei! 😕 There are clear thing: GOG customer are stuck with a buggy game. With a few severe bugs! And Klei finally **** em all! So, **** YOU Klei! I'm really very regret purchase DS now! I'm really tired tired of pointless writing post on forum that don't giving anything, I'm really tired tired of witting PW, that devs so stubbornly ignored. Finally, I'm very tired tired of witting to Klei "support", whose does answer with stupid AI slops. And as GOG user I'm tired of treating GOG customers as worse class citizens by Klei... but taking a money from GOG customers was OK already, right? So **** YOU Klei! 😕 😕 And no, absolutely NO - no any "buy DS on Steam then"! I'm would be a idiot if I did this! This would been a reward for their rudeness and brazen ignorance, and support for Steam DRM. Never! If some of Steam users doesn't understand this, then image a game publishers, that are sudden stopped update and hotfix game on Steam, while there are still does it on Epic or Uplay. This is much sadder considering that Don't Starve are really cool and innovation game, so it's more sorry that this was created by such dishonest studio/publisher. By now there need to consider DS as a dead game forever. There are such bugs, whose very corrupt a gameplay, especially in DS:SW. Those bugs, that been fixed, but not for GOG version! And nobody of Klei even don't want release this hotfix for GOG - and not will be want! Then I give up any hopes for changing this. There is still missing a two important updates in DS on GOG - hotfixes that fix a few severe bugs ex. severe bug in volcano in SW whose corrupt gameplay! Currently there is DS:Alone Pack 20231026(571392) version, while on GOG there is oudated 20230427(554439 ) version! That it's just I talking about!
