Let Crystal Crested Buzzards turn Pigmen to were pigs

They are not a lunar creature, but the influence of the moon could revive them and make them were pigs.

I don't know. Werepigs aren't the living dead. So it would be strange if lunar buzzards resurrected pigs into werepigs.

Maybe if the resurrected pigs were some other, undead version of the werepig, it would make sense.

What about if you make pig houses in the ruins they spawn mini-nightmare werepigs during post-rift nightmare phase?  If you are shadow aligned you can recruit them with pure horror to feed their new lust for shadow power, and give them the ability to target and kill nightmare creatures.

could be fun to have a mutation associated with it, where they come back as a warped were-pig, crazy eyes, no endless hunger that makes them distracted by food anymore but a overwhelming urge lash out and attack anything too close. 

of course, it would be nice if they could see some kind of use too but, I wouldn't be surprised if they where added for a sense of atmosphere, to really add to the feeling of the "spreading mutation".
