Portable fish bowl to keep black catfish fresh

Considering how being unlucky also has its benefits, it would make sense to provide a way to keep black catfish alive in the inventory for longer periods of time or even indefinitely.

There is a structure already where fish stays alive indefinitely due to being in a bowl - fish scale-o-matic.

By separating the recipe of a bowl and the structure to hold it to measure weight:

— Fish bowl can be used to be filled with pond water to store pond fish, and ocean water to store ocean fish.

— Fish scale-o-matic and produce scale can be unified into the same structure, with fish being required to be put in a bowl first.

While on it, it would also make sense to get lucky fishes as well (lucky eels, golden koi?)
