Radbolt generator doesn't explain new "low power mode"

Now that radbolt generators draw power proportional to how much radiation they are absorbing, that should probably be indicated in the status menu (or maybe requirements?). Only way to find out atm is to have them be on their own wire and check the load.

Not sure what the threshold is, but two weezeworts give off enough radiation to draw the full 480W of power for what it's worth.

also when in... medium power mode? it can lead to unusual power draw values. I assume this is because the draw is linear with radiation but quite strange to see a fractional Wattage.
