Ps4 got the new hallowed nights background and update but Ps5 didn't?

the chest was bc of contents exclusive to update

PS5 should have the update as well, they just might not be synchronized down to the minute. Different things happen in the background on PSN.
Even if we press the "Go!" button on both at the same time it doesn't guarantee they'll be live at the same time on PSN.

Hey sorry to bother you but will there be an Xbox Series X/S version upgrade since Ps4/Ps5 now has one?

@Mike23Ua We submitted the patch to Microsoft before we submitted Sony but the Xbox process is a lot longer and totally out of our hands. We will publish it as soon as it clears their Certification.

I got one chest on ps5 and the other chest on ps4 . And they aren’t syncing from ps4 version to ps5 version. And the good skins are in ps4

The chest you got on ps5 was for logging in for hallowed nights (the free costume), the one that is only on ps4 currently is the free 5 skins that came with the update itself. Since those skins are not in the ps5's current version, you cant see the chest or skins on there. The items are tied to your klei account so you will have them when ps5 gets the update.

All skins in the chests should be in both versions of the game. Are you sure you have both updated to the latest?
PS4 should be 3.27 and PS5 should be 2.004.000

If you are updated on both and still experiencing the issue could you post screenshots or the names of the skins so we can look into it further?

Yes I will when I get home from work. It seems that ps5 never updated although it said that it did.
