Add the "Mist" tag to some of the rooms in the fumarole biome.

The "Mist" tag is super underused which is a shame because it adds an atmosphere to biomes and the olny room it is used is a "Graveyard"room:

~ 〉 grep -rn 'Mist'
forest/graveyard.lua:5:					tags = {"Town", "Mist"},

I think it would especially fit the fumarole biome - volcanic fumes contain a lot of water vapor which creates a "foggy" effect.
(And tbh mist would also fit the Waterlogged biome.)
