Can we have the atrium lit while gateway is charging a reset? Some additions to when reset is happening

We barely see the lights outside of it besides the insides, I think it would be cool to see them bubbling and overflowing with nightmare fuel, maybe leaving sort of miasma or sticky ground that would last for a day before it all goes away. I think it could add to the spookiness factor a lot, like the world is ending in that particular area.
