I think Practical Rain Rituals should be a recipe or knowledge of setting up an actual ritual for anyone

I'd like to see it as a thing magic wise that anyone can use. Maybe it could cost a malbatross or goose feather to turn on or off the rain.

It would act the same like the book, but would requite a ritual site of sorts.

In idea of ritual sites - make use of nightlights for that.

I think it could be cool.
