game doesn't launch

Hello. DST stopped launching. More specifically, it launches, but the game window doesn't open. I only see a running process in the task manager. While trying to find the problem, I found a file in my documents, in the DoNotStarveTogether folder, called client_log.txt, which is very large for a .txt file (648MB). I deleted it, and the game launched again. Was it the right thing to do, or does it contain some important information?

It only contains the chat messages you saw in the last session you played. Each time you join a game or start a server it will be overwritten by a new chat log from that session. It can safely be deleted.
