Water Well idea

The Water Well is a structure that can be prototyped at the Science Machine, costing 3 Cutstones, 2 Boards, and 1 Rope. It can only be placed on existing Ponds.

- This structure will prevent creatures from spawning from the pond (Frogs, Mosquitos, Fishes, Eels).

- It will also prevent the water from freezing in winter.

- Optional: players can interact with the well to drink/shower, which will lower their temperature or increase wetness.

We could have a water collector even, it feels plausible. Honestly even a whole water collecting tower since we got things like pillars I'd love to see more giant buildings.

Being able to go in the well to get wet sounds really good for Wurt mains. I think it's strange to completely destroy the existence of Frogs in a pond, though. Maybe it's placeable anywhere, just that it fills up with water over time.

I like having upsides and downsides to an item/structure; the ups and downs might change depending on the character. And i believe someone will find a use for it
