Bright-Eyed Frogs should appear from ponds during rifts

Since now the rift birds appear after the moon hail, it would be stupid not to mention these guys again.

Rift frogs appear too rarely, which is bad because moon rifts have very few mobs.  I suggest that moon frogs must appear from ponds during the opening of rifts and that the pond crystallize for a while after the moon hail.

@V2C @omar_klei I don't want to distract the team, because I know how busy they are right now finalizing half of the update, but I am very worried about the state of the lunar faults, because judging by the latest streams of any global changes after the closure of the arch, we are unlikely to receive any soon.

I remember making this suggestion awhile ago and it got loads of hearts. It is a wanted feature.

And maybe if they were to change anything about these mobs in this regard, they could implement catching regular frogs and bright-eyed frogs into eq. 
Of all the mobs that can be catch in trap, they're the only ones that can't be caught into eq, so it would be nice if they changed that.

And after the last patch, there are chances for this change, since the same new rifts birds appear without hail.

Since we mentioning ponds and Frogs, what about merms becoming the Brillianced version? i know it is wurt only thing but we could see them during the hail/rift  and same would be in caves that during rift merm have chance to be shadow merm but after ruft it becomes normal

They are the most useless rift mobs now. They are much more difficult to deal with compared to the normal frogs and they just drop 1.5 frog leg. They do are very rare, but Bright-Eyed Frogs need more attention and completely rework. I'm afraid simply making them more common is not a good thing.

Good idea! Currently, the rifts' impact on the ecosystem is still too limited.

The frog ponds could get charged and shine like the hotsprings when you put a bath bomb inside.
