The Deerclops in your screenshot not have been shock probably because she was just attacking, not destroying the altar. For Deerclops they are two completely different action but have the same animation, it's easy to confuse. You can test this mechanism better with Bearger, whose attacks have also destroying effects. Well, I did, but I really didn't find Bearger get shocked. The ice effect in the picture was caused by her attempting to destroy the alter, instead of Deerclops' attack on me. Cassielu and I checked again and we confirm that mobs do don't get shocked in the latest beta. Misunderstanding is possibly caused by the difference of the version of the game. And I'm not sure if the change is intended.
