It's a shame such a cool armor set is held back by its price and efficiency in a post-rift world. If Scrappy can drop the Electric Fence, then I think WARBIS gear should come from him, too. Probably you should advise Klei to make scrap fence regeneration pre CC or add more methods to obtain scrap instead of this.
