Improve fire damage not just for Willow

When an enemy drops items, instead of ash it should just set the dropped items on fire so you can try and save them with a watering can or something by.

Never understood why it's a Willow thing. Always said from that day, it's should be 100% a base thing.

They dont burn. Logical and consistent, the thing dst likes the most.
