Idea for a secondary use for celestial jewel

so wormwood’s quote makes me think that the jewels are baby versions of what alter is so I was thinking of a new craft. What if you put either some moon glass or six enlightened shards, one of the Celestial jewels, and either some Moonrock or Cratered Moonrock craft a little mini personal moon of your own

and what they do is either produce permanent moonlight in the area around where you place them or some other use?
