I've noticed my boops tend to accumulate random injuries a lot, and since they only "sleep" every third cycle they don't heal up as fast as standard dupes. This could also stack on top of the benefit from the triage cot to help dupes get back to work faster. Cosmetics, to increase dupes' personal decor, which indirectly affects morale.
