Specific food I recall there being a custom stats mod fn that you can use to determine what goes in your belly and gives how much stats. It simply involves the food prefab and more things you can determine from. Killing Shadows This already works fine given how shadows simply just pull your sanity up when killed. Full Moons Maybe a WatchWorldState. Possibly not too hard either? Depends on how you want the full moon to interact. Lunacy biomes Also depends. Do you simply want the biome to do its usual daytime passive regen of +0.625? That's already given if so. I'll get onto this later if I have the time. Do specify or clarify things if you wish to.
