Nerf Jimbo

In my opinion Jimbo is very powerful, since he can give gold and gems and even food (good food - bananas) which are a HUGE deal for early-mid game and did i mention gold already? You won't need flint anymore just make gold tools that u get from jimbo. Theoretically same can be said about gold veins but you need to find them first, then mine them. and then have decent amount of gold for like 5-6 tools while with Jimbo you just need to find him and you have the infinite generator of gold. (in short terms - the difference is between time wasting).

Not only that but his punishments are a joke(no pun intented). Webber doesn't care about spiders and Wendy can just kill all hostile mobs that he spawns by Abigail.

- My suggestion is to change punishments/rewards, like for example he can give you berries or carrots, since its hard to make good dishes from them unlike bananas. You can literally just make 1 banana 1 ice and 2 sticks for banana pop which is a VERY GOOD food for healing and sanity FOR BASICALLY FREE!!! And instead of spawning bees and spiders, why not spawn frogs and batilisks? They are both minor mobs and are very annoying + not worth killing unlike spiders and bees (because spiders drop monster meat (which can be used for meatballs) and bees drop honey) Batilisks do drop monster meat but with 10-20% and they are harder than spiders. About hounds i think they are fine but in my opinion it would be better if there would be 3 of them.

- Or other idea - instead of these changes in his punishments/rewards list you can make player pay jimbo gold to play. I think that would make sense because its supposed to be a gambling structure + that will make drops actually worth it like bananas or gold with gems.

Damn! I can sit in my base near ocean, with a Fishing Pole and catch fish that spawns every minute. I can trade fish meat to Pig King for gold or make an insanely good Surf 'n' Turf for hp and sanity. And it's not RNG! The only RNG is that I can get more fish meat when killing a fish.

NERF OCEAN NOW!

Also Jimbo point requirements are kinda insane, even just for 2 gold. Why would anyone want to waste their time?

The bananas are better than the gold. Normally you'd need to deal with monkeys to get them. Don't even need to find ice for the pops.

I don't think its op however Jimbo would be a perfect sink for items that are amassed and serve no purpose beyond the first seasons

Nah! I use Lures (Spoons to be exact) which are reusable.
