Woby's interaction menu should be the same while mounted or unmounted

..hopefully the reasons are obvious. It doesn't make sense to me that I have to wait until I dismount to tell her she can start retrieving again, when we've be riding along for the entire morning in silence.

It would be nice to be racing along and say, oh hey Wobes, you can use your helpful horns again whenever now.
