wormwood123
I am making a long term megabase world and want to know which settings would result in big open areas perfect for plentiful building, as I do not want long branches as it is claustrophobic and not ideal for what i have in mind. Uedo
It can be quite fun to build with the natural landscape, and with docks I find it doesn't matter too much. No idea what my world settings are, the default one? I find it gives enough space Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/165320-what-settings-do-you-use-for-your-megabases/#findComment-1812024 Share on other sites
gaymime
if you want lots of room with minimal corridors this is pretty good; the reason for the failed survivours is they occupy space that would otherwise be trees or boulders and for the cost of a hammer you have small mostly-cleared spots and removing touchstones means you dont have to build around them Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/165320-what-settings-do-you-use-for-your-megabases/#findComment-1812056 Share on other sites
chloraei
I like circular mainlands with inner seas, so fewer branches works best (this makes it easier to get to different locations once you have docks) Also no roads which get in the way of the designs.
