Add Scroll Bar To Materials List On Main Screen

I just ran into an instance where the material list on the main screen was longer than my screen size. I had to have it huge going around 20, because I had to keep track of metal usage and other low quantity materials to know if I had them. I did trim it down, but it would be nice if there was a 12 material on screen limit before needing a scroll bar.

There is a mod for this, a lot of suggestions for it.

If they do, I would also like the drag and dig numbers to be part of the info box as well while dragging. It often is hard to see or covered by the material display.
